How can I get this quest?
1 of 8: Go to Tenpenny Tower (location 13 on the Zone 7 Map).
2 of 8: Go up to the front gate and notice that a ghoul named Roy Phillips is talking to someone over a security intercom.
3 of 8: After Phillips walks off, use the security intercom.
4 of 8: To get Chief Gustavo to open the gate without you having to pay him 100 caps, you can say you're there to see Tenpenny and then pass a Speech Challenge. (Quicksave before trying so you can try again if necessary.)
5 of 8: He'll also let you in for free if you're here to see Mister Burke on the "The Power of the Atom" misc. quest.
6 of 8: Once you're inside, talk to Chief Gustavo about the ghoul situation.
7 of 8: Say that you can help with the ghoul problem, then try to pass a Speech Challenge to get 200 extra caps added to the reward.
8 of 8: In any case, you'll get an assault rifle and some ammo along with this quest.
