Fallout 3 Hints
Enslave Flak from Rivet City.
1 of 7: Go to Rivet City (location 64 on the Zone 9 Map) and board the ship.
2 of 7: Flak runs a gun shop in the market area during the day. If he's not there when you arrive, use your local area map and the quest arrow to find him.
3 of 7: He's going to be really tough to mez-zap without turning the whole ship hostile. You may want to do it anyway after quicksaving rather than waiting and following him around until he's alone somewhere.
4 of 7: When you zap him, quickly talk to him before the effect wears off.
5 of 7: Choose the option that lets you take all his items, then get him to put on the slaver collar and run to Paradise Falls.
6 of 7: If anyone noticed you zapping him, you're going to have to make a quick and dangerous run out of Rivet City, remembering not to come back for at least three game days.
