Fallout 3 Hints
Enslave Susan Lancaster from Tenpenny Tower.
1 of 7: Travel to Tenpenny Tower (location 13 on the Zone 7 Map) and get the "Tenpenny Tower" misc. quest, since that's the easiest way to get in.
2 of 7: Once you're in, use your local map and the nearest quest arrow to find Susan Lancaster.
3 of 7: The only trick to enslaving her is that you probably don't want to turn everyone in the tower hostile, so you'll have to follow Susan around until she's alone somewhere (in a separate area, not just in a room out of sight).
4 of 7: Or you can zap her at any time and make a quick run for the exit to avoid getting killed. The tower residents will calm down after three game days have passed.
5 of 7: In any case, talk to Susan as soon as you mez her.
6 of 7: Choose the option that lets you rob her of her few items, then get her to put on the slave collar and run for Paradise Falls.
7 of 7: Make a quick getaway if you need to, then fast-travel back to Paradise Falls and talk to Grouse to get your reward and another slave collar.
