Dart Gun
1 of 4: Lydia Montenegro in Tenpenny Tower (location 13 on the Zone 7 Map) sells one in her "Boutique Le Chic" shop.
2 of 4: If you help the ghouls move in or invade on the "Tenpenny Tower" misc. quest, Michael Masters will take over the "Boutique Le Chic" shop, and will have another dart gun schematic to sell.
3 of 4: You can get one from Hannibal Hamlin by helping his people instead of the slavers on the "Head of State" misc. quest.
4 of 4: You can find one on the concrete near the skeleton at the MDPL-05 Power Station (location 2 on the Zone 1 Map). If you can't unlock the station's gates, go around to its NW side to find a big hole in the fence.
