How should I handle this impudent officer?
1 of 4: If you get Strength- or Charisma-related options, use one of them to get the officer and the nearby guards to leave you alone.
2 of 4: Otherwise, you'll have to try to pass a Speech Challenge. If you fail, the officer and guards will turn hostile.
3 of 4: That can be good if you want to fight them and loot them afterward.
4 of 4: President Eden will detect the ruckus, and will issue an announcement that you're not to be hindered.
