1 of 8: This unique sledgehammer has the following advantages over regular sledgehammers: 42% more damage, 50% more health, increased critical damage.
2 of 8: It's in one of the mirelurk-infested areas at the Anchorage Memorial (location 5 on the Zone 9 Map).
3 of 8: Look on the lower ground, next to the river, directly SE of the big memorial statue to find the door to the Memorial Service Entrance area.
4 of 8: It has a very easy lock on it, so you should be able to pick it open.
5 of 8: While staying out of the radioactive water as much as you can, move forward to the path junction and turn left.
6 of 8: At the end of the passage, look on the right for a broken utility door.
7 of 8: To get that door open, your Repair skill will have to be 95 or higher.
