Where are they?
1 of 3: In Eclair's diner, which is near the southern exit to the Great Chamber area.
2 of 3: One cave fungus portion is on a plate on the diner's counter, and the other is on a plate on one of the round dining tables.
3 of 3: If either of those fungus portions isn't where it should be, Eclair probably picked it up, so either pickpocket it or buy it from him.
