2 of 6: Look around for some of the other people you were referred to for Rivet City history.
3 of 6: Seagrave Holmes is a good one to talk to, but Belle Bonny is probably easier to find. (Holmes has a shop in the market area, but is frequently absent from it.)
4 of 6: Go to the ship's stairwell area and down the stairs to the bottom level, then go through the door to the Muddy Rudder bar.
5 of 6: Ask Belle about Rivet City history, then mention that Bannon said he organized the entire place himself. (If you haven't talked to Bannon about that yet, you'll have to go do so first.)
6 of 6: That'll get you referred to a guy named Pinkerton.
