2 of 5: The newly activated protectrons are hostile, so quickly kill the one that's in the room with you.
3 of 5: If your Science skill is high enough, you can hack into the mainframe computer to get some options.
4 of 5: There are three things that can be initiated or ceased: pest extermination (protectrons attack radroaches and mole rats), total liquidation (protectrons attack anything, including you and each other), and stress testing (protectrons only attack each other).
5 of 5: Choosing any of those options will complete this objective. If you don't want to fight the protectrons on the way out, make sure that the total liquidation option is ceased.
