How can I get the lucky item?
1 of 7: You can get it from the guy named Timebomb, but only if you save his life first.
2 of 7: He's lying on a medical bed in Red's clinic.
3 of 7: If your Medicine skill is 40 or more, you can choose to operate on him and save his life.
4 of 7: NOTE: Killing him won't get you the lucky item, so if your Medicine skill is too low, wait until you get it up to 40. Use apparel items and chems to give you temporary Medicine bonuses if you can.
5 of 7: Talk to Timebomb and try to pass a Speech Challenge to get 5 caps from him (and some XP).
6 of 7: Whether you pass the Speech Challenge or not, exit conversation and talk to him again to get the Lucky 8 Ball that'll add 1 to your Luck as long as you keep it in your inventory.
7 of 7: Also, you can get free healing from Red from now on.
