Fallout 3 Hints
Getting Sweet on Bittercup
of 10: To find the girl named Bittercup, go to Big Town (location 10 on the Zone 5 Map).
of 10: When you talk to Bittercup, choose the more polite responses, especially at first.
of 10: To start with, say it's nice to meet her, then say that no one understands you, either.
of 10: Say that you have something to say to her, then pick any options until she hits on you.
of 10: When she does, say that you're not in any sort of relationship.
of 10: After the conversation ends, quicksave and talk to her again to get a free random item.
of 10: It's nothing really special, but you can get bottle caps, assault rifle ammo, stimpaks, and useful stuff like that.
of 10: Some of the random items are worthless junk, which is why I said to quicksave first. That way, you can quickrestore and try again until you get something useful.
of 10: From now on, you can talk to Bittercup once every 24 hours to get another random item. (Don't forget to do the quicksave-and-retry routine to get something useful.)
of 10: GLITCH TIP: Talk to Pappy to get a Bittercup-related Speech Challenge that never disappears from the topic list. You can keep choosing the Speech Challenge over and over to get XP every time you succeed at it. (Unless you've installed a patch that fixes this glitch.)
