Fallout 3 Hints
Littlehorn and Associates
1 of 7: Littlehorn and Associates is a covert evil organization that strives to eliminate goodness and decency from the wasteland. Their headquarters is just inside the Scrapyard (location 4 on the Zone 6 Map), near the southern gate.
2 of 7: The HQ shack's door will be unopenable for you until you get the Contract Killer perk, which starts being available once you reach level 14.
3 of 7: Soon after you get it, you'll magically gain a note about Littlehorn and Associates in your Pip-Boy's Data/Notes section, and their HQ shack will be open to you.
4 of 7: Go inside and loot the place of items, then talk to Daniel Littlehorn at his desk.
5 of 7: Ask him to remind you what the deal you now have with him is.
6 of 7: From then on, you'll get an ear item whenever you loot the body of a good person that you've killed. You can trade the ears to Littlehorn for 10 caps each and a karma drop.
7 of 7: Good people include townspeople, slaves and abolitionists, Brotherhood of Steel members, and most other NPCs who aren't automatically hostile to you.
