1 of 3: Search the lower floor north of the tracks to find a few tin cans, then look in the area between tracks to find more tin cans and a dead raider.
2 of 3: On the upper floor, there are a lot more tin cans, three dead raiders, and two garbage cans.
3 of 3: Go to the eastern corner of the upper floor and drop down to a small table with a Melee Weapons skill book on it.
