Repair the damaged radio relay.
1 of 5: Straight ahead of you is a working elevator, so go up to it and use the control to the left of it to open it.
2 of 5: Enter it and use its interior control, then wait until it stops and lets you out.
3 of 5: Look on the south side of the elevator to find a mattress you can sleep on to restore health and limb condition.
4 of 5: Grab the ammo boxes from near the mattress, then go find the GNR relay at the NE corner of the room.
5 of 5: Activate it and choose to install the Virgo Dish.
