Upper Floor Item Notes
1 of 3: Go up the stairs that are a bit NE of the large ground-floor doorway that leads out to the GNR Building Plaza area.
2 of 3: From the top of the stairs, go straight forward to the big windows to find a hunting rifle, two boxes of .32 caliber rounds, and a box of 10mm ammo.
3 of 3: That's it for the upper floor, except for a single filing cabinet that's near the north end of the building.
