Jericho
1 of 5: Jericho lives in Megaton (location 3 on the Zone 8 Map).
2 of 5: You can find him there at any point in the game. If he's not in his house, he'll be out wandering around town.
3 of 5: Ask him what his story is, then talk to him until you can say that he should come with you.
4 of 5: If your karma is low enough, you can pay him 1000 caps to join you as a follower.
5 of 5: He has 235 hit points, a Chinese assault rifle and a nail board, and is equally good with small guns and melee weapons (and almost as good with big guns). When you fire him, he goes to Moriarty's Saloon in Megaton.
