How can I take this guy down?
1 of 5: One way is to wait next to the left wall near the alley exit until he fires a missile, then run across the street so that you're standing next to the wall directly underneath him.
2 of 5: Back up to where he'll fire a missile that will explode on his flooring, then quickly back up a bit more and shoot him while he's reloading. (The missile explosion won't hurt him, so you can't kill him with that alone.)
3 of 5: As soon as he's done reloading, repeat the process to avoid his missile and get some more free shots in while he's reloading again.
4 of 5: Another way to deal with him is to run into the backyard area, then go through the door to the building that's east of the Townhome (after disarming the pitching machine's pressure plate).
5 of 5: Go up to the building's front window and crouch near it. You should be able to shoot the missile-launching mutant through the window's barricade stuff without taking any damage from his missiles.
