• All 25 Big Guns skill books are named "U.S. Army: 30 Handy Flamethrower Recipes."

  * Five Axles Rest Stop (Zone 4/4): next to small wooden crates in back of white truck with blue cab
  * VAPL-58 Power Station (Zone 4/10): next to barbeque on roof of Power Substation building
  * Murder Pass (entered through Zone 4/11 while on a main quest): in dead end area past baseball pitching machine
  
  * Scrapyard (Zone 6/4): in John's treasure box in vehicle debris near back end of red train car near NW corner of building
  * Wheaton Armory (Zone 6/5): on missile launcher table in northern locked armory room
  * Bethesda Ruins (Zone 6/8): in inventory of raider with flamer in Offices East building (respawns every 3 to 5 days)
  * National Guard Depot (Zone 6/12): on table with Experimental MIRV weapon in National Guard Armory area's bunker

  TIP: Since the raiders in the Bethesda Ruins' Offices East building keep respawning every few days, you could build up your Big Guns skill just by going there and getting the flamer guy's skill book over and over. To make things go faster, wait three days in Megaton (or wherever) and then head right back to the ruins. If the raiders haven't respawned yet, leave and wait a day or two more. (You can get lots of XP and raider loot besides Big Guns skill books this way.)
