National Archives Area Loot
1 of 5: There's a garbage can next to one of the covered benches near the start of the side area, plus four more near uncovered benches north of that.
2 of 5: Go up a few of the National Archives building's front steps to find a lunch box on one of them. (It's almost directly north of the motorcycle.)
3 of 5: Go up to the building's front door, then turn right and move along the ledge that goes around the building to find first a leaf blower, and then a paint gun a ways farther along.
4 of 5: On the ground to the right of the building's front steps is a trash bin you can check.
5 of 5: Behind the building, you'll find a fission battery on the ground a bit to the right of the metal gate that leads to the Penn. Ave/The Mall Metro area.
