  • 25 of the 26 Speech skill books are named "Lying, Congressional Style." The one you can get in the Museum of History is called "Paradise Lost."

    * Meresti Trainyard (Zone 5/6): under small wooden crate on top of train car near mezzanine's west tunnel in Meresti Metro Station area (drop onto car from upper floor)
    * Jury Street Metro Station (Zone 5/13): on safe in east-side room in northern-most section of Jury St. Tunnels area

    * Robot Repair Center (Zone 6/3): on west desk in western room in Mechanist's Forge area
    * Scrapyard (Zone 6/4): under ruined book in open container on floor next to filing cabinets in Littlehorn and Associates' HQ shack (next to south gate)
