1 of 3: You'll have to use the big ramp gimmick that's north of the pool table.
2 of 3: Go up the ramps until you can jump onto the building's ledge, then slowly make your way along it.
3 of 3: If you're careful not to fall off, you should make it to the stash, which includes a metal box and two first aid boxes.
