Fallout 3 Hints

The Suicidal Senior

  • 1 of 10: Go to Rivet City (location 64 on the Zone 9 Map) and board the ship.
  • 2 of 10: Find the old man named Mister Lopez and talk to him.
  • 3 of 10: He sleeps in the common room in the Midship Deck area, so look for him there at night if you can't locate him during the day.
  • 4 of 10: Ask him why you wouldn't remember him to get a hint that he's suicidal.
  • 5 of 10: Talk to Father Clifford in the Saint Monica's Church (also in the Midship Deck area) and say that you think Mister Lopez is suicidal.
  • 6 of 10: You'll learn that he goes up to the observation balcony for an hour or so around 3 pm each day.
  • 7 of 10: To get to the observation balcony, go through the door that's on the very top floor of the Bridge Tower area.
  • 8 of 10: Wait for Mister Lopez to show up and walk over to the broken railing, then talk to him.
  • 9 of 10: For negative karma, either choose to push him or taunt him into jumping.
  • 10 of 10: For positive karma, say that real courage is living, and then pass a Speech Challenge about him becoming a father figure for Ted Strayer.
