Fallout 3 Hints
Locate Reilly's Rangers.
1 of 11: After entering the hospital through its front doors, go forward and then through the double doors on the left.
2 of 11: Past them, watch for super mutants and centaurs (and a ceiling turret) as you make your way through the lobby and to the stairs past it.
3 of 11: Go up the stairs to find the doors leading to the hospital's second level.
4 of 11: Turn left and go down the hallway, then through the doors on the left that lead to the cafeteria.
5 of 11: Sneak to where you can toss a frag grenade (or fire an energy weapon) to detonate the cafeteria's gas leak and injure the super mutants, then finish them off and go through the cafeteria's east door.
6 of 11: Move through the next room, then turn left and go through the door with the EXIT sign above it.
7 of 11: Past some stairs is a door leading outside to a spot next to a large metal walkway that goes across to the Statesman Hotel.
8 of 11: Go along the walkway, careful not to fall off until you've reached the other end. You then have to fall down to the floor below, since the door on the floor that the walkway leads to is boarded over.
9 of 11: The unboarded door leads to the hotel's Mid Level area. You'll have to make your way through it and the Restaurant area to reach the roof.
10 of 11: On the roof, follow the sounds of shooting and explosions until you find the stairs that lead up to the area where the rangers are making their stand.
11 of 11: Walk up to them until Butcher talks to you and finishes this objective at last.
