Locate a Fission Battery.
1 of 4: If you don't have a fission battery in your inventory, you'll need to go back the way you came and hunt for one.
2 of 4: Return to the door that leads to the Restaurant area, then go back to the large room with the three staircases.
3 of 4: Look in the small lower-floor room near the SW staircase.
4 of 4: You'll find a dead protectron that has a fission battery on it.
