Fallout 3 Hints
Give a Fission Battery to Donovan.
1 of 3: Return to the rangers' area on the roof and find Donovan.
2 of 3: Talk to Donovan and give him the fission battery to fix the elevator.
3 of 3: TIP: Before you do that, talk to all three of the rangers and offer to give them ammo. If you got the ammo from Theo's box and haven't used much of it, you'll be able to resupply all three rangers. (Or if you did a good job of setting up mines in the hotel lobby earlier, you can skip giving them ammo.)
