Fallout 3 Hints
How can I get to Pinkerton?
of 8: There are two doors that lead into the Broken Bow area, one of which is above water.
of 8: Unfortunately, it requires a Lockpick skill of 100 to open, so you'll probably have to use the underwater entrance.
of 8: After you go through the underwater door, you'll be in a wrecky room where you can surface for air.
of 8: Go through the door at the west end of that room, then turn left and go through the open door in the room beyond.
of 8: Quickly run up the stairs past the open door, then turn and run up the next set of stairs. (Note that some nearby mirelurks may see you and attack as you make this run.)
of 8: Past the second set of stairs, turn and go SW down the gassy corridor.
of 8: In the gassy room past the corridor, open the door and go through it to find a couple of rooms with an "activated elsewhere" door on their other side.
of 8: In the room past that door is Pinkerton, the guy you're after. (If you can't find him right away, go up some stairs and look for him on the upper floor.)
