Ghoul Mask Tip
1 of 2: In order to avoid having to fight any of the ghouls, do the "Tenpenny Tower" misc. quest to get the ghoul mask.
2 of 2: Put it on before entering the Dunwich Building, and don't take it off (or attack any ghouls) until after you get the bobblehead and exit.
