1 of 3: Climb up the rocks and find a sewer grate on higher ground directly west of the tunnel door.
2 of 3: If you pickpocketed the AntAgonizer's lair key earlier, you can unlock the grate and use it to enter the lair near the throne room.
3 of 3: Otherwise, your Lockpick skill will have to be 50 or higher to pick the grate open.
