Fallout 3 Hints
Turn on the Flood Control Pump Power.
1 of 5: Return to the gift shop area, then go through the door to the sub-basement.
2 of 5: Go down the steps to the first big room, then head down the east corridor and more steps to reach the next big room.
3 of 5: Go through the doorway on its other side, then turn left.
4 of 5: Go forward from there to reach the room you're after.
5 of 5: On the room's back wall is the flood control power switch. Use it to complete this objective.
