Fallout 3 Hints
Drain the intake pipes.
1 of 6: Go back up to the gift shop area, then return to the room where you shot the ceiling turret.
2 of 6: Go north from that room, then turn right and move down the hallway to reach a small, wrecky room with a steamy metal grate in the floor.
3 of 6: Use the intercom that's on the wall just outside the room, then use the grate to enter the Pump Control area.
4 of 6: Move along the big pipe you're in until you come to a grate that leads outside.
5 of 6: Walk forward to the break in the pipe, then use the red wheel that you can see through it.
6 of 6: Stand and wait while the memorial comes under attack by Enclave forces. Your objective will update eventually.
