Fallout 3 Hints
Use the Vault-Tec computer in the Citadel Archives to locate a G.E.C.K.
1 of 7: TIP: Before you head off for the archives, go through the door labeled "ARMORY" and get a plasma rifle from a worktable. You can also trade with Durga in the back room if you get permission from Elder Lyons.
2 of 7: Climb to the lab's upper walkway and find the exit to the A Ring area in the SE corner.
3 of 7: Go up the stairs and turn right, then go straight forward and through a doorway to find the archives area.
4 of 7: Use the small Vault-Tec terminal, and choose to view the DC area vault listings.
5 of 7: You're wanting to find out which, if any, of the nearby vaults was issued a G.E.C.K.
6 of 7: Choose a vault, then click on "Equipment Issuances."
7 of 7: You'll find that Vault 87 is the only one that got a G.E.C.K.
