Return to Doctor Lesko.
1 of 4: Run back past the ant queen's chamber and on to the door to Marigold Station, then go back to Lesko's lab.
2 of 4: Talk to him and say your work is done, then say that you killed all of the nest guardians.
3 of 4: After that, say that you're ready for the Mutagenic Bioenhancer injection, then choose whether you'd rather have it increase your Strength by 1 or your Perception by 1. In either case, you'll get a permanent +25 to your fire resistance.
4 of 4: NOTE: You'll also get the unique Lesko's Lab Coat item if you chose the right task-acceptance dialogue option earlier.
