1 of 4: Backtrack to the exit that leads outside, then fast-travel back to Grayditch.
2 of 4: NOTE: Any surviving fire ants on the surface (not in an underground metro area) will be dead, having gone nuts and killed each other due to your helping Dr. Lesko. That means you can't get any more XP out of them, but you can search their bodies (if you can find them) to get ant meat and fire ant nectar.
3 of 4: Go find Bryan, who's still in the big cylindrical shelter next to the diner, and tell him of your success.
4 of 4: You'll then have the option to find him a new place to live. If you say you'll do that, you'll get the "Find a home for Bryan Wilks" objective.
