Fallout 3 Hints
Kill Dukov and get his key.
1 of 8: You'll find Dukov at his place, which is location 38 on the Zone 9 Map.
2 of 8: Enter Dukov's Place and speak to Dukov, who seems to be having a pajama party with two hot hookers.
3 of 8: Mention Crowley, then say that he's paying you to kill Dukov.
4 of 8: If you can pass a very tough Speech Challenge (or have 200 caps you're willing to part with), you can ask Dukov for something that will convince Crowley that he's dead. This will get you Dukov's special key.
5 of 8: If you can't get the key that way, you might want to try pickpocketing it from Dukov. However, that can be hard to get away with since his girls are always nearby. (You could try pushing up against him until he's out of the girls' sight before pickpocketing him.)
6 of 8: There is a way to get the girl named Cherry to pickpocket Dukov's key for you.
