1 of 3: Start off by getting around behind Grouse and going into Sneak mode, then killing him with one whack from a good melee weapon.
2 of 3: After that, take cover behind the barricade wall that's next to his sandbag wall and shoot all comers.
3 of 3: Then sneak farther in and take out the rest of the slavers, using cover and retreat-when-necessary tactics to survive.
