1 of 2: If you ask around in the Underworld about Crowley (or talk to the people he sends you after instead of just killing them), you'll eventually figure out that your targets aren't really ghoul haters like he said they were.
2 of 2: Talk to him about this to get him to admit that he only wants their keys (except in the case of Allistair Tenpenny, who really is a ghoul hater). He'll also offer you an extra 100 caps that you'll collect upon quest completion.
