Stop the Rebels.
1 of 5: You can get this objective by talking to the Overseer and telling him that you'll stop the rebels.
2 of 5: Return to Amata in the clinic area and talk to her again after quicksaving.
3 of 5: Say that you think you have a solution for the vault's troubles, then tell her she needs to understand the dangers outside.
4 of 5: You'll then get a Speech Challenge that you can use to make Amata give in.
5 of 5: If you fail the challenge, either quickrestore and try again, or look around for some info you can use to convince her.
