2 of 5: The guy named Stanley has it written down on a piece of paper that he keeps on him at all times.
3 of 5: If he's not on the sub-level, look around in the southern half of the lower level to see if he's in his room.
4 of 5: When you find him, sneakily pickpocket the password from him.
5 of 5: Once you have it, return to the maintenance terminal to find that it's now usable.
