Frag Mine Tip
1 of 3: To get lots of free frag mines, get the misc. quest "Strictly Business," then go enslave the sniper Arkansas at Minefield.
2 of 3: After you send him running to Paradise Falls, go all through the town of Minefield in Sneak mode and disarm all the frag mines strewn about.
3 of 3: You'll have to go slow and quicksave often, but you won't have to worry about Arkansas blowing up vehicles with his sniper rifle, which could've detonated (and therefore ruined) a lot of mines.
