1 of 6: This bobblehead is inside Vault 106 (location 12 on the Zone 5 Map).
2 of 6: After you go through the vault's small exterior door, go along the short tunnel to reach its huge, circular entry door.
3 of 6: Use the control pod to the right of the door to open it, then go through it.
4 of 6: Make your way east and north, watching out for insane survivors (and weird, discolored hallucinations), until you reach the door to the Living Quarters area.
5 of 6: Go through it and across the little "bridge" to the left, then go through either of the nearby doors.
6 of 6: Go down the hall to reach a room, and check the shelves on the back (east) wall for the bobblehead.
