1 of 5: This bobblehead is in the raider-infested Bethesda Ruins (location 8 on the Zone 6 Map).
2 of 5: Fight your way to the ground-floor entrance to the Bethesda Offices East building, then go inside.
3 of 5: Move forward and up the rubble ramp to the upper floor, then go through a big wall hole.
4 of 5: Move along past it until you reach a room with a ceiling turret.
5 of 5: Trash the turret, then look for the bobblehead on a desk near the wall safe.
