2 of 4: Use the local area map to help you pinpoint the large rock that acts as Rockopolis' door.
3 of 4: After entering, go to the NW corner, where a bunch of boulders have blocked the passage.
4 of 4: You'll find the bobblehead on the ground next to the corpse of a ghoul named Argyle.
