Faust: The Seven Games of the Soul Hints
What is expected of me in the library?
of 15: Have you found the ladder?
of 15: A special row of books needs to be accessed, but they are blocked by a panel.
of 15: There is a hot spot to the left of the ladder rather high. Click on it to open the panel.
of 15: Climb the ladder. Pick up all twelve books. (If you can't see all 12, look further down in these hints.)
of 15: Select one of the books from inventory and place it back on an empty portion of the shelf.
of 15: Notice the first word of the title is written in gold.
of 15: Arrange all of the books on the shelf so the first words form a sentence from left to right.
of 15: I found no clues while playing, but this should get you started. The statement is written by the owner of this house, the creator of Dreamland.
of 15: The sentence is an admission of the pact he made with the devil.
of 15: This is Theodore's house and the devil is Mephisto.
of 15: The last word is Mephisto.
of 15: The seventh word is And.
of 15: The first word is I.
of 15: The answer is in the next hint, so don't read any more if you want to figure it out on your own.
of 15: "I Theodore Lost Hope In 1917 And Signed A Contract With Mephisto".
