Heavy Armor Avoidance Tips

  • 1 of 7: It is possible to skip having to fight this guy at all.
  • 2 of 7: Use the "Holster weapon" key to put your gun away, then save your game and run down toward the wall that the Heavy Armor will break through.
  • 3 of 7: The two mesh gates down there are open now thanks to your control room leveraging, so turn left and run down the steps as fast as you can.
  • 4 of 7: Once you make it into the next big area, you should be safe from the Heavy Armor, but the two Replicas with him may come after you.
  • 5 of 7: Due to the nature of the next Replica combat, you'll want to wait and finish these two off if they do follow you down so that they won't be bothering you later.
  • 6 of 7: If they don't ever appear, try going through the "Authorized Personnel Only" door that leads to the next area to see if that'll get them to show up.
  • 7 of 7: NOTE: If you go over to where you can see up the stairs and stay there very long at all, the Heavy Armor will probably come all the way down the stairs after you. This can be good if you want to kill him, since if you hug the left wall (left as you face the stairs area), he may get stuck to where you can shoot him but he can't shoot you.
