Supply Tips
1 of 4: If you head right from the door you enter the area through, you can find a breakable crate near two soda vending machines.
2 of 4: Bust it open to find a couple of rocket launchers.
3 of 4: There's lots more supplies lying around near the only unbarred passage that leads down the steps to the tracks.
4 of 4: Those supplies include an ASP rifle on the floor, plus several more inside a bashable crate nearby. Sniping time!
