1 of 5: Put your weapon away and open the door.,
2 of 5: Go through it a short way, then quickly retreat and close the door.
3 of 5: If you moved far enough forward, a Replica should have appeared on the floor above you and directly across the lobby.
4 of 5: He has an ASP rifle, so open the door and quickly SlowMo-shoot him before he can shoot you.
5 of 5: After that one's down, you should be able to lure the other Replicas into your sights in the same way (though they may or may not appear in the exact same spot).
