Where do I go from here?
1 of 11: How about that open elevator shaft?
2 of 11: When you approach it, you'll get a vision of Nightmares moving down the shaft.
3 of 11: Of course, you don't want to follow their bad example -- the fall would damage you severely.
4 of 11: You could go that route if you have plenty of medkits, but there's a better way.
5 of 11: Turn your flashlight on and look to the left.
6 of 11: You see those ladders over there?
7 of 11: Jump over to the nearest one. (It's not too hard a jump, but quicksave first just in case.)
8 of 11: Climb up that ladder to find a secret stash that includes body armor, a minigun, and a health booster.
9 of 11: Then climb back down and use the other ladder to climb down farther.
10 of 11: After you go down a third ladder, get on top of the nearby elevator car.
11 of 11: Now you can walk through the nearby open doors to reach the maternity ward.
