How can I get those doors open?
1 of 4: By using a standard blue "activate" panel.
2 of 4: There's one in a nearby control room.
3 of 4: Its door is a bit to the left of the doors that you're trying to get through.
4 of 4: Go in and use the "activate" panel, then return to find the doors and the elevator open. (Though that annoying flashy light thing is still going.)
