How can I get through this long ol' vision safely?

  • 1 of 16: At first, you'll be in a standard "dark field of flame" area.
  • 2 of 16: Two Nightmares will fly toward you, but ignore them since they can't hurt you.
  • 3 of 16: After you fall through a really long shaft, you may splash down in a dark watery area, or you may fall straight through to the scuzzy room past it.
  • 4 of 16: If you do end up in the watery area, dive down toward its center to be take to the scuzzy room.
  • 5 of 16: Once there, get a weapon out and go into Zoom mode before you move.
  • 6 of 16: As you go forward, a reality warp will appear ahead of you and unleash some Nightmares that can hurt you.
  • 7 of 16: As soon as the warp forms, start backing up and shooting. SlowMo won't work while the warp is active.
  • 8 of 16: Skip the padlocked doors and go through the ones that are open.
  • 9 of 16: In the room with the bathtubs, find the one door that's openable and go through it.
  • 10 of 16: Be facing to the left with a gun out when you do, since two more reality warps will form over there and unleash SlowMo-proof Nightmares.
  • 11 of 16: Go through the other door in that room, then down the corridor marked "Ward A," ready for a few more Nightmares to appear.
  • 12 of 16: Take a right past the steps and move down to the end of the corridor.
  • 13 of 16: The open room on the right is just a weird trap that won't actually hurt you, so either check it out or skip it and go straight through the other nearby open door.
  • 14 of 16: Just past another door, you'll have to shoot several more Nightmares before you can proceed through the room and into Ward E.
  • 15 of 16: Move down the corridor toward Alma, then move toward a blue-white flame until it pushes you away.
  • 16 of 16: Then just stand and wait until the vision ends and puts you back in the room where it began.
