F.E.A.R. Extraction Point Hints
Tips for the Big Attack
1 of 12: The main theme here is: Use those deployable turrets!
2 of 12: You start out with three, and there are three more in the open back of a truck.
3 of 12: As you face out of the window you drop down from, the truck is near the back left corner of the shipping yard. It's important to know exactly where it is before this big attack starts.
4 of 12: You'll want to deploy all of your turrets around the truck and then take cover inside the truck for the duration of the attack.
5 of 12: Toss your starting three turrets so they stick on the ground or a wall near the truck as soon as you finish killing off the four Replicas that start in this area (or maybe even a little before, if you can).
6 of 12: Then jump into the back of the truck, pick up the turrets in there, and toss them out of the truck so that they land within sight of it (on the ground, the nearby stairs, a nearby wall, etc.).
7 of 12: NOTE: Using all six of the available turrets usually ends in several of them still being "alive" at the end of the combat, at least on lower difficulty levels, so you may want to save one or two for future use instead of using them all here.
8 of 12: After you've tossed as many turrets as you're going to, crouch down in the back right corner of the truck (where the health booster is) and have your assault rifle out and in Zoom mode.
9 of 12: Whenever a Replica comes within sight, turn on SlowMo and shoot him down as fast as you can. Remember that they can destroy your turrets the same way you destroyed that enemy turret earlier.
10 of 12: Also remember that you can shoot out your own turrets, so be careful not to do that.
11 of 12: At some point, Holiday will arrive and say "I've got you covered from up here."
12 of 12: It's not safe to venture far from the truck yet, though, so remain under cover until he says "We're clear. Rendezvous at the door."
